Ombud

[ äm-bu̇d ]
noun
  1. short for the Swedish word "Ombudsman"; an individual who represents the interests of another individual, while investigating and addressing requests between the individual and the broader organization.

An Ombudsman understands and interprets both the context of the individual’s ask, and looks at the larger processes, documentation and policies to provide advice on the best course of action going forward.

Think of Ombud as a sales representative's personal Ombudsman, responsible for tracking down the best course of action based on the current situation.

Today, we help sales representatives take the best course of action by gathering the best content and suggest the best process for the business.
