Ombud is a privately funded company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. The company was founded in the spring of 2011 by a team who has built some great software institutions. (One of our founders is the CEO of Cloudera.)
The name, Ombud, is derived from Ombudsman, “a person who acts as a trusted intermediary between an organization and some internal or external constituency while representing not only but mostly the broad scope of constituent interests.”
We are building a platform to do just that at Ombud – providing transparency and traceability into the enterprise selection processes and allowing professionals to do what they do best.

Do you want to be a hero to enterprise sales teams who are responding to prospect inquiries? Do you want to be a hero to teams that are struggling to find the best-fit technologies for their businesses?
We are looking for advocates who have experience engaging within user communities and providing customer support. The team addresses day-to-day customer needs, collecting customer feedback, establishing and maintaining a constructive community, and analyzing the users’ activity and preferences in order to propose follow-on, value-added functionality. You should be very comfortable with listening to customers, providing excellent communication and dedicated to 100% customer retention.

Ideal candidates can execute on an inside sales strategy, build deep client relationships, leverage the Ombud platform to provide actionable insights, and manage productivity-enhancing projects.
