Eloqua has provided us with a balance between strategy and execution. It has allowed us to be more efficient as a team, automate multiple manual processes, scale worldwide and given us a competitive advantage.
From a strategy standpoint, by assessing the metrics of every campaign, we are able to make better decisions as far as where to invest the budget to get the highest return. It’s all about revenue. We want to know how marketing contributes to revenue and how we can continue that to get the highest return. Our growth since implementing Eloqua has been phenomenal and faster than our competition. A percentage of this growth can be attributed to the strengthened pipeline from marketing’s lead generation and nurturing activities and the daily reporting and insights from Eloqua that we are providing to the field.
By partnering better with sales we can align with their goals and provide value. With Eloqua we have seen multiple wins because of the partnership.
Eloqua is a valuable component of the people, process, and technology that has made marketing and inside sales a lot more productive and has allowed us to create world-class demand generation programs. We are very impressed with the technology. There really is not much that you cannot do with Eloqua from a marketing standpoint – very powerful system. It delivers sophisticated marketing capabilities. The Lead Scoring capabilities are extremely flexible and can be mapped to almost any business requirements. I believe their Revenue Suite for revenue performance management is the next generation for marketing reporting and has given me a lot more insight into my programs – including ROI.
