I'm an energetic Product Manager at Influitive with over 15 years of experience in IT, Customer Success, Professional Services and Product Management. My focus has been marketing automation, integration, APIs and products in the Social CRM space.
Regarding my past work - I am most passionate about developing a Cloud integration API architecture for marketing systems, as well as a Social Media marketing measurement tool. While working with sales users, I came up with the idea of a visual sales enablement tool with a simple UI that shows a webvisitor's "digital body language" in a simple format - this was integrated with Salesforce.com in 2007 and became a distinct product line used by a large share of clients.
Managed an Enterprise SaaS product portfolio (Fortune 1000) that accounted for a significant portion of revenue and product growth. Extensive pre/post-sales support experience with B2B companies of all sizes regarding technical implementation and executive level buy-in.
