Reviewed: About 2 years agoOverall, Base CRM is a deceptively powerful mobile CRM offering ideal for individuals and SMBs. Both the web and mobile interfaces are slick and well organized, providing users with simple navigation. Data syncs between the web Base command and mobile app, both including dashboard, tasks, contact management and sales pipeline/funnel.
Rapid deployment, including data import & field customization for tasks, contact and organization profiles.
Missing: direct linkage with mobile contacts and more robust history notes.
As a FREE option is a welcome addition to the mobile CRM market.
